In handling the personal information of clients (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), we will comply with any and all provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law as amended of Japan and any other applicable laws and regulations and shall establish its voluntary rules and system, and also its own privacy policy as follows for the protection of Personal Information, which we hereby commit to implement and maintain in good faith.
- We will prepare and establish Rules on the Protection of Personal Information and shall ensure that all employees comply with these Rules. We will revise and improve these Rules from time to time when necessary.
- We will take proper security measures, such as antivirus measures or measures against unauthorized access, to prevent any loss, damage, alteration or leakage of the Personal Information.
- We will obtain the Personal Information only in a legal and proper manner. We will never obtain Personal Information by illegal or illicit means. Before using Personal Information, we will obtain the prior consent of the clients or notify them of the information required via this Website with respect to the purposes of the use.
- We will properly deal with any and all complaints made by clients related to the handling of Personal Information.
- When disclosing certain items of Personal Information to a third party (subcontractor) for the purpose of contracting out some portion of the work, we will take all necessary measures to supervise such subcontractors for the protection of the Personal Information.
- When sharing Personal Information with predetermined third parties, we will give prior notification to the clients related thereto, including the Personal Information to be shared, the scope and purposes of use by such third parties and the party responsible in relation to the sharing of the Personal Information.
